Ozma of Oz, L. Frank Baum

5 stars
Baum did it again in book 3 of the Oz series. This book was particularly magical. It fills out the story of Ozma that was introduced at the end of book two. Dorothy also returns in this book and meets some new characters that accompany her on a new exciting adventure filled with puzzles and twists.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm slowly working my way through the complete series Tim gave me for christmas last year. I"m just about to start "the road to oz" which i don't remember at all. i hope you all have the books with the art nouvea drawings...for me they are half of the magic.

Isn't that the best - starting a book you know is a gem but not remembering it at all...there's a gift of forgetfulness and yet another reason we should not want to be geniuses with photographic memories. And so true with regard to the drawings.
